Southgate Farm had a strong 2025 — new signage, shed doors, concrete drives, tool shed electricity and Starlink WiFi — and staff want feedback on a formal strategic plan for the farmstead covering sustainability, capital improvements and the farmers' lease. There's also a nagging problem of visitors not leashing their dogs near the farm animals.
